If Ethiopian Legacy Professional Development & Consulting Firm is found to have disclosed the content of any of the Open Group’s examination scenarios, questions, or answers to any third party other than in the normal course of Ethiopian Legacy Professional Development & Consulting Firm attendees sitting the examinations, the Agreement and all Schedules attached to it will be immediately terminated and the Open Group shall remove all of the Ethiopian Legacy Professional Development & Consulting Firm’s ATCs and Affiliates from the Accreditation Register.
