I am a first-generation Ethiopian immigrant, currently living in Los Angeles and work as a career coach at UCLA Anderson School of Management. As a career coach, I teach, mentor, and advise the next generation of business leaders to realize their full career potential. Within UCLA Anderson, I provide individual and small group career coaching and advising support to full-time MBA students on all phases of their career development. My primary area of expertise focus on supporting students pursuing careers in the Technology, Consulting and Entrepreneurship sectors. I have over 10 years of experience in strategic coaching and leadership development, working as a career coach at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and as a former engineer and management consultant for Fortune 500 companies. I hold a B.S. in Systems Engineering and Mathematics from University of Virginia and a M.Ed. from Harvard University.
